HOW TO BUY?

When making a purchase from the site, you need to select the photograph from the “Store” section, click the “Buy Now” button, then enter the data (country, place of residence, address, postal code, name, surname, phone number, e-mail address) for delivery to the required address. We cooperate with “Evocabank”. You make your purchase on the bank’s website by entering your bank card details for online payment. If you want to change the data after placing the order (you want to change the photograph or accidentally fill in the wrong information), you can do so within 2 days after placing the order. For this purpose, please contact us to clarify the details of the order. TERMS OF RETURN

If you received the photograph in a damaged condition, please take a photo of it and email it to [email protected]. Afterwards, we will contact you and discuss the details of the return, after which you can send the received photograph (without broken glass) to our postal address. We commit ourselves to return the full amount of the order to you (photograph and shipping cost). You can replace or return the purchased photograph within 14 days, if the given product has not been used, its product type, consumer features, product labels, as well as the document confirming the fact of payment and other settlement document provided to you are preserved and there is evidence of purchasing the product from us. In that case, you can contact us by email. We will contact you to discuss return details, after which you can send the photograph back to our postal address. The deadline for returning the goods of good quality shall be deemed observed, if you have delivered it to the postal or other delivery service within 14 days from the date of receipt. You will pay the shipping cost and bank commissions. Within 2-7 days after receiving the photograph from us, only the amount of the photograph will be refunded to you (the shipping cost is non-refundable).

 

PRINTING

The photographs sold on the site are printed in high quality ink, on a professional, satin photo paper, with a high quality printer designed for printing professional photos. Due to the high quality of the photographs, they do not discolor over the years and they do not lose their original shiny appearance. The plastic frame is made of polystyrene and conveys a beautiful and original look to the photograph.

 

SHIPMENT

The cost of shipment depends on the country zone indicated in the order. When ordering and paying, you see the photographs and the shipping prices in separate lines on the website. Shipping costs are paid by the buyer at the time of purchase from the site and in the receiving country he/she pays customs fees (if any), which depend on the legislative-legal regulations of the country, the price of the product, the cost of shipment. Within 2-5 days after the order is confirmed, the photograph is delivered to the post office (Yerevan, RA), from where it is delivered to the address you specified. When placing an order, you will be given a delivery code. The website will be indicated, through which you can track the stage of shipment of the product. Delivery time depends on the distance from Armenia to the country (the photograph will arrive in 2-8 weeks, in rare cases delays and early deliveries are possible). The photograph has a passport. The author’s signature is available on the back. You also receive the invoice of the price and the shipping cost of the photograph. 1. SCOPE OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

The Privacy Policy sets out the rights and responsibilities of the parties (“Harutyunyan Gallery” and site visitors and buyers) regarding the provision, processing and confidentiality of personal data.

 

2. TERMS FOR TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING TO A THIRD PARTY

  • We use the completed details of the order (name, surname, address, postal code, e-mail address, telephone number, payment information, delivery arrangements, invoices and order confirmation letters).
  • We also collect information about the hardware from which the site was accessed, as well as information about the browser and IP address, schedule and computer cookies.
  • The privacy of your personal information provided to us is guaranteed.
  • It is forbidden to provide unreliable data.
  • You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data by emailing to [email protected]. We commit ourselves to promptly meet the requirement.
  • We transfer the personal data provided to us to a third party only in the following cases:

➢ If you have given your consent
➢ If the delivery and transportation of the order cannot be ensured without providing relevant personal data to a third party
➢ When the transfer of personal data is stipulated by the current legislation and in the procedure prescribed by law or is carried out according to a court decision.

  • We cooperate with “Evocabank”. You enter your bank card details on the below bank’s website and we do not see your bank card details.
  • We are not responsible for the personal information you provide to us for publication and made available to a third party.

 

3. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

We process your personal information for the following purposes:

 Identifying you as a visitor to our site

  • Ensuring feedback to you, including checking order details, shipping notifications, sending notifications
  • Notifying you of our new products, as well as informing you about the information you are interested in

4. STEPS UNDERTAKEN TO PROTECT PERSONAL DATA

5. AMENDMENTS TO THE PRIVACY POLICY AND SUPPLEMENTS

We reserve the right to amend the Privacy Policy from time to time in whole or in part due to the development of the latest technologies, legislative requirements, as well as other factors. In the event of an amendment or supplement to the Privacy Policy, an updated version of the Privacy Policy will be published on our website with a modified release date. Amendments to the Privacy Policy shall take effect upon its posting on the Website. Your use of our site and products after the publication of the Privacy Policy changes means that you accept the changes to the Privacy Policy Terms.

  • The author of the photographs displayed and sold on this site is Gagik Harutyunyan. Both printed and electronic photographs are copyrighted.
  • Reproduction, dissemination, public display, free use and use of the photographs for commercial purposes is prohibited without the prior written permission of the author.
  • Liability for infringement of the copyright and related rights is envisaged in accordance with the international legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
